The Foundation was established and registered under number Rej
F-2122/99 at the district court in Warsaw on 27th December 1993.
The idea behind the setting up of this foundation was not only to provide
healthcare to sick children, but also to educate the young in health promoting
activities.
Management - 6 members - voluntary work.
STATUTORY PURPOSES:
Taking activities
in favour of sick children
Organizing educational
activities in promotion of health
Assistance in supplying
medical equipment and devices to the health service
Medical assistance in rehabilitation of handicapped
children
Organizing educational courses and conferences.
Our foundation relies upon institutional gifts, covenants, legacies
and public donations for its funding together with internally generated funds
from gala dinners and balls.
UNDERTAKEN ACTIONS:
1/ Organizing
and continuation of inhaler rentals for children with bronchial
asthma. Handing down an inhalers to the dispencaries and
health centers. Providing all children' wards in Radom district
with a good quality inhalers.

2/ Purchasing
2 cardiomonitors, infants' incubators and infusion pumps
for children' ward in Kozienice.

3/ Assistance
in establishing of horse rehabilitation section for handicapped
children within The " Skarb " Horsemanship Club in Kozienice.
Finnancial support in training of 5 hypotherapists.

4/ Finnancial
support for 2 handicapped children on an intensive rehabilitation
and 6 other children from The Mental Disorder School in Opactwo
during their summer holiday.

5/ Curring
out the promotion of oral cavity hygiene in all kindergartens
school within Kozienice community, in 1994.

6/ Finnancial
support for the program against implanted icterus in all
kindergarten school
within Kozienice community, in 1996.

7/ Designing
and printing first edition of the Map of Kozienice Town.
|
8/ Organizing
an auction a " golden heart " during The II Final Show of
Great Orchestra of Festive Help directed by Jerzy Owsiak.

THANKSGIVING:
Since
the very begining of our " Healthy Child " Foundation existance,
we have met a lot of goodwill people thanks to them, our management
could done so much in favour of sick children.
Also, more and more children and youngsters are engaged in
our activity.
